The most delicious aspect about a simple chocolate cookie is its taste and appearance. As it bakes, cracks form in the top of the cookie exposing dark chocolate cracks across the surface of the cookie. Sounds yum?

Ingredients: 2 cups white table sugar 4 eggs, scrambled Melt these two ingredients gently on very low heat so that they don’t scald ? cup butter 4 ounces (4 squares) baking chocolate 2 cups sifted flour 2 teaspoons baking powder ? teaspoon salt ? cup chopped nuts (you can use almonds) ? cup confection sugar for the decoration.

Procedure: – Mix the eggs and the white sugar and mix them well. – Then add the melted butter and chocolate after they cool down a little. Later add the flour, baking powder, nuts and salt and stir to combine. – Chill the batter for a few hours or overnight, so that it will be easy to handle for the next step. – Roll the dough into small balls of 1 to 2 tablespoons of batter each. Then roll each ball of batter across a plate dusted with the confection sugar to cover the entire ball

Treatment period is usually said to

Treatment period is usually said to stretch between two and three months but that may not be applicable for all cases.

Nowadays, there are many rehabilitation centers that work on programs focusing on withdrawal phase to help patients stop use of drugs with least inconvenience. Detoxification programs eliminate drug residues from the body by using elements like exercise and low-heat sauna treatment.

Positives Outcomes

One can draw a lot of positives from the detox program that is followed. According to recent studies, the good news is that that rehabilitation doesn’t have to be carried in captivity. Hence, people undergoing such programs can lead their normal routine life, contrary to the misconception that prevails. The long term thought on drug addiction has been restrictive in nature, leading to program failures that resulted in the perception that drug addiction is incurable and is a life term illness. But if you do a bit of research on more modern and well-researched programs, you can almost certainly find one that allows you to lead a relatively normal life during the course and that gives hope for long term success in beating addiction.

Question1 How to convert MOD to AVI files free
I want to transfer the video that my JVC GZ-MG505 camcorder made. The recording is done in .mod format. It has a cable which can be attached to TV to view files. but this does not allow MOD format files to be viewed on TV. How to convert MOD into .AVI

Question2 If anybody know a freeware for convert Canon FS200 Camera format .MOD extension to .AVI format, I’d like to burn onto DVDs that can be played on a independent DVD player.

For .MOD files, you can change the extension to .m2v or .mpg and it’ll work as an mpeg-2 file without any converting but the problem is, it plays without sound in windows media player and when put it into Adobe Premiere, the footage starts jumping all the long when you play it so that doesn’t work well, MOD format also not compatible with Sony Vegas,Windows (Live) Movie Maker.

MOD format clips cannot import into a non-linear editing app without first using MOD to AVI Converter freeware to convert MOD file-to create a unified AVI file.

Bloody stains linked heroin addict to car break-ins [Edition 2]

0 Comments | Grimsby Telegraph, Jul 27, 2010

BLOOD stains and a palm print trapped a heroin addict who stole CD players after breaking in to two parked cars, North Lincolnshire magistrates heard.

Dale Burnett, 30, of Tensing Road, Scunthorpe, admitted committing two theft offences on June 19. He also admitted handling a stolen games console and charger on March 7. Deborah Gibson, prosecuting, said two cars were found with their door windows smashed in a Scunthorpe lay-by.

Burnett stole a CD player and three CDs from one car and also stole a CD player, shoes and a bag from another car parked next to it.

His DNA was found on blood stains and a palm print at the scene.

Burnett was also found with a stolen games console and charger taken in a burglary, but it was not claimed that he was responsible for the break-in. The items were recovered.

David Rix, mitigating, said Burnett was no stranger to the courts but his offending had reduced since 2008 and he was trying to sort himself out. He had battled against “the ravages of heroin and hard drugs” and realised he had to make changes to his life.

Mr Rix said: “He has got to rid himself of the curse of heroin.

“If Dale Burnett is drug-free, he is crime-free.”

Burnett had been asked to sell the stolen goods for Pounds 10 but claimed he was not involved in the burglary

With this being the case,

With this being the case, whilst you are driving, you are the only one who can control YOU so it is important that you control your own road rage and to help you to do that I want to outline five strategies you can use to help you with your own road rage.

Strategy 1 – Leave Yourself Enough Travel Time

One of the biggest mistakes people make during the day is not leaving themselves enough time to travel from one appointment to another. The stress alone of running behind schedule is enough to make a persons blood boil and personally if you are running late then you should not be behind the wheel of the car. You are a danger behind the wheel to yourself and everyone else. One of the observations I have made is that anyone who is late, always wants to do 10 kilometers over the speed limit and will get really aggressive and abusive to those who want to do the speed limit.

In fact one day I was driving along, this bloke got incredibly aggressive and abusive behind me simply because he could not force me to speed.

CentrePort plan appeals to many

CentrePort plan appeals to many

CentrePort property manager Nick Wareham says there is continuing interest in its waterfront development plans, which include proposals for a fourth new office block.

CENTREPORT’S plan to sell a 50 per cent share of its Wellington waterfront office portfolio has generated a lot of interest, says Colliers International agent Bill Leckie.

He has recently returned from an international tour to provide information to interested parties.

Colliers managing director Richard Findlay said Asian and European buyers had shown the most interest. This was understandable given the scale of the offering. The buildings have a combined rating value of $160 million.

CentrePort property manager Nick Wareham said the port company was looking for a joint venture partner willing to make a 50 per cent investment in its BNZ, Statistics House and Customhouse buildings on the waterfront.

“We have a solid track record and have demonstrated that we can build and manage A-grade buildings that attract blue-chip tenants, so we now want to realise some of those gains to further develop Harbour Quays,” Mr Wareham said.

Both the BNZ building and Customhouse have five-star and green- star ratings. The three buildings are tenanted by BNZ, Statistics New Zealand and the New Zealand Customs Service.

Mr Findlay said demand for space in this area was high. “These offices satisfied a natural flow of tenant demand from the southern end of the city to the north because of its close proximity to the city’s transport, Government and business hub.”

CentrePort’s vision for the waterfront land mirrors the creation of the Docklands in Melbourne, which has a first-class mixed-use environment with spectacular views of the harbour for its modern community.

CentrePort’s Harbour Quays masterplan ultimately includes linking Wellington’s waterfront from the Overseas Terminal near Wellington’s Oriental Bay beach to Harbour Quays on the northern side of the port

Black Helmet Apparel Sponsors Boxer in Charity Event

Black Helmet Apparel Sponsors Boxer in Charity Event

Market Wire, October, 2008

Local firefighters and law enforcement officers
are trading their badges and uniforms for boxing shorts and gloves in an
effort to raise funds for the families of fallen law enforcement officers,
firefighters and emergency personnel at the Fourth Annual Kansas City “Guns
‘N Hoses Fight Night” in Kansas City, KS on Nov. 15, 2008.

Black Helmet Apparel , a
specialty clothing line for firefighters, is sponsoring contender and
firefighter Capt. Danny Merrifield in the event. “We want people to know we
aren’t just a business that makes cool firefighter
T-shirts ,” says James Love, a third-generation firefighter and owner of
Black Helmet Apparel. “We are part of the brotherhood, and we support their
causes.”

Merrifield and his colleagues are accustomed to fighting for the safety and
security of the communities they protect and serve. Guns ‘N Hoses gives
them a chance to fight for the loved ones of colleagues who once fought
within their ranks. Indeed, the officers and firefighters may be in
different corners during the boxing matches, but they are on the same side
of the cause to support the Kansas City Crime Commission’s Surviving Spouse
and Family Endowment Fund (S.A.F.E).

“I got in touch with Black Helmet Apparel because I liked their T-shirts,”
says Capt. Merrifield, who has to endure a minimum of 15 training sessions
to prepare for his Guns ‘N Hoses matches. “The shirts are more aggressive
and appeal to me and people in my sport — mixed martial arts and boxing –
more than typical firefighter shirts.”

Kansas City Guns ‘N Hoses Fight Night will be held at Memorial Hall in
Kansas City, KS on Nov. 15, 2008.

The easy money leeches are lured out of their slime to suck

new content domain to rank well – even if that webmaster
creates a niche site full of truly worthwhile and useful

display terms of use that restrict use of articles per domain

Gullible and lazy webmasters buy templated and IDENTICAL site

Usually, the well established article archives, like

In a wildly convoluted spin of logic, a new Adsense blacklist
